In this role, you will lead a talented team of engineers delivering complex traffic design projects across the eastern US. You will play a central role in signing and marking, ITS, signal, tolling, and intersection design work, guiding projects from concept through delivery. This position offers the chance to lead mid-level and junior staff, work on major Interstate and arterial improvements, and partner directly with state agencies, municipalities, and contracting teams. You will have a strong voice in project strategy, client engagement, production oversight, budget management, and quality control, while also helping grow trusted client relationships through delivery and business development efforts.This hybrid position may be based in one of our Eastern US offices.
