Service Coordinator / Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team in El Paso. This position plays a critical role in supporting our service department by coordinating field operations, scheduling technicians, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch and schedule HVAC service technicians
  • Communicate with customers regarding service appointments and updates
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on service proposals and estimates
  • Process invoices and assist with accounts receivable functions
  • Conduct collections and follow up on outstanding customer balances
  • Manage service agreements and contract administration
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Support daily administrative operations of the service department

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HVAC dispatching, service coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in the HVAC, construction, or service industry preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Working hours operate on a rotating schedule with the following shifts Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. All shifts include a one-hour lunch break. Pay rate depends on experience. Position could become full time the company.
