Deputy Campaign Lead, F-16 New ProductionLocation: Fort Worth, TXWhat You Will Be DoingAs an F-16 Production Deputy Capture Manager in Fort Worth, TX, you will play a critical role on the Integrated Fighter Group Strategy & Business Development team by co‑leading multi‑billion‑dollar Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) capture efforts for new F‑16 production aircraft. This high‑impact, fast‑paced role focuses on shaping and winning new business by balancing customer value, competitive strategy, and corporate objectives. You will be the face of the F‑16 program, organize cross‑functional teams, develop winning strategies, and drive the capture process from opportunity identification through contract signature.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as deputy capture lead on multi‑billion‑dollar DCS and FMS capture efforts for new Block 70 F‑16 production contracts.Identify potential customers, assess competitive environments, and develop price‑to‑win analyses.Develop and execute capture & proposal strategies that balance customer value, competitive landscape, and corporate objectives.Coordinate priorities with other Business Areas and maintain ongoing interaction with business development teams.Collaborate and organize cross‑functional teams across functional and Line of Business (LOB) organizations (Program Office, Communications, Finance, Engineering, Offsets, Supply Chain, etc.) to develop capture products and winning proposals for the duration of each capture.Guide capture teams through analyzing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), organizing proposal volumes, and coordinating color teams and management reviews.Ensure delivery of proposals that are compliant with cost, schedule, and technical requirements and directly address customer values.Prepare and deliver presentations to Executive Leadership and participate in color teams and capture reviews.Manage day‑to‑day capture team activities and budgets.Lead assigned cross‑functional team projects.Develop customer relationships, profiles, requirements, and value assessments.Coordinate closely with relevant U.S. Government agencies to ensure alignment with regulations and program objectives.Ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively as needed.What's In It For YouFrom onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security.Who You AreYou are a strategic, customer‑focused capture and business development professional with experience supporting or leading complex defense or aerospace pursuits, ideally across large‑scale or international programs.
