Event Risk Uniformed Armed Security Associate
Event Risk is seeking Level III officers to join our team as a Uniformed Armed Security Associate. This part-time position offers a reliable schedule and long-term stability, providing security for client locations in San Antonio, primarily during nights and weekends. Officers will play a critical role in complying with Post Orders to ensure the unit is maintaining a safe environment, mitigating risks, and responding to incidents with professionalism and discretion.
Essential Duties
- Provide a security presence at client restaurant units.
- Monitor and assess potential risks; respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while enforcing security protocols.
- Collaborate with business staff, representatives, and emergency services as needed.
- Complete detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must have an active Level III security license for the state of Texas and be able to provide your license # during the interviewing process.
- Sign and comply with the Event Risk weapons waiver.
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Shift Hours (Days and Shift)
- Thursday-Saturday 22:00-04:00, 21:00-03:00
- Friday/Saturday 22:00-04:00, 22:00-06:00, 21:00-03:00
Pay Rate: $30
