Pay Rate: $30.00 hourly
Shifts: 12 hour shifts bothdaylight and overnight

Key Responsibilities
- Provide armed security services at designated client locations.
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to detect and deter suspicious or criminal activity.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and access control points.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.
- Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and security procedures.
- Conduct security checks of buildings, equipment, and restricted areas.
- Write clear and detailed incident reports and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain situational awareness and take appropriate action to prevent threats or safety hazards.
- Ensure firearm safety and proper handling at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid state ACT 235 Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related field preferred.
- Clean criminal background (subject to background check).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Skills
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to emergencies.
- Professional communication and report writing skills.
- Knowledge of use-of-force policies and de-escalation techniques.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Equipment Requirements
As a 1099 contractor, individuals may be required to provide their own equipment, which may include:
- Duty firearm (approved caliber)
- Duty belt and holster
- Body armor (if required by contract)
- Proper uniform or tactical attire as specified
Work Conditions
- Indoor and outdoor environments.
- Will be operating company vehicle on premises
- May include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Potential exposure to confrontational situations or emergencies.
