Position Summary
The Dispatcher coordinates operators and equipment for emergency and non-emergency towing and roadside service calls. This role manages incoming service requests, tracks resources, communicates with operators and customers, and ensures timely, efficient service while maintaining professionalism and high-quality customer service.

- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate service records including vehicle information, notes, and payment details.
- Assist customers with vehicle release procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate delays, operational concerns, or equipment issues to management.
- Coordinate with team members and ensure proper shift turnover communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Dispatch, call center, logistics, or towing industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
This position operates on a 12-hour shift schedule:
- Day Shift: Thursday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: Thursday - Saturday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
