PM Dispatcher

Currently, we are seeking a PM Dispatcher to support our Berwick, PA location. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!

Main Duties:

• Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion
• Receive service requests from customers and coworkers
• Data entry
• May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordination of services with outside vendors
• Assist with investigation and resolution of Open ServiceMax WIP and NDS WIP
• Manage fleet reports to obtain good standing with fleet metrics
• Assist with opening and dispatching work orders for technicians
• Inputting PM plans and setting up new PM accounts in ServiceMax
• Managing PM frequencies and changing plans status via instruction from sales representatives
• Assist with invoicing PM billing and any other accounts set forth by management

Requirements:

• Dispatch experience preferred
• Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player
• Pleasant phone demeanor
• Stable work history
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
