Overview

The Business Process Analyst will evaluate and improveworkflows, systems, and processes supporting mission operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
• Develop and document SOPs and process improvements
• Support system integration and process optimization
• Provide recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in business or process analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience documenting workflows and procedures
• Familiarity with government systems preferred
