Dispatcher/Bus Driver
Shepard Road Parking is seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher/Bus Driver. This is a Full-Time position. Our Dispatcher/Bus Driver's earn $20.00 hourly.
Job Duties:
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Respond promptly to customer service issues as they arise, via email and in person.
- Experience with NetPark or any other parking software including but not limited to: daily ticket maintenance and reservation management. (preferred)
- Complete daily business reconciliation to ensure accuracy of bank deposits.
- Complete other job duties as assigned.
- Handling cash as well as balancing the cash drawer at end of day.
- Load/unloading luggage
- Timely drop off and pick up times
- Handling customer payments
- Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected
- Providing excellent customer service
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Previous driving experience preferred
- Good driving record
- Repetitive lifting is involved
- Good math skills
- Detail orientated
- Self-motivated, work independently and self-managed to meet deadlines
