Functions:

Organize workflow for drivers in a daily/weekly service route setting for two separate lines of business.

Communicate with our Customer Service team and directly with customers, assign work to drivers and report to management.

Resolve issues as they arise and keep the team updated.

Manage the overall efficiencies of the operation using dispatch software and your creative input.

Requirements:

6 months of relative dispatch work experience

Effective communication skills. Bilingual is not required but helpful.

Calm in a storm problem solver

Organized

Computer literate

Comfortable with all forms of communication; phone, voice and text, email, and TEAMS etc.

High School Diploma or equivalent
