Job Overview :
The person in the Customer Support Assistant position is an essential team member who works closely with business partners; assists the partners with vehicle titling transactions, and scanning processes. Manages temporary registration permit error queues. Coordinate training, touch base, and ad-hoc meetings. Review, research, and respond to customer inquiries. Assist other state agencies with vehicle processes and national titling system status. Receive, verify, and merge vehicle and customer records. Provide responses to national motor vehicle surveys. Captures bureau stats for legislative responses, management reports, and day to day operations. A courteous in-person and phone demeanor as well as understanding public policy and regulations is essential to public service .
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' experience performing customer service
- 1 year experience working with computerized data systems
- 1 year of directly related experience
- Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted on a case-by-case basis
