Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, common areas, and sensitive access points, documenting observations and reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy concerns according to site guidelines; Support staff, patients, and visitors with directions, access procedures, and general assistance while maintaining a professional presence and following Allied Universal standards
