    Administration C - Administrative Assistant

    L3Harris is looking for a Program Administrative Assistant who is well-organized, resourceful, great at multi-tasking, has a strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate assistance needs and take initiative.

    Essential Functions:
    • Provide administrative support to program leadership.
    • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets, letters, memoranda, agendas, and schedules; prepare materials for internal and customer meetings.
    • Maintain calendars; schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, and appointments; reserve conference rooms, provide catering as needed.
    • Arrange travel itineraries and assist with timely submission of expense reports.
    • Interface with high-level internal and external contacts.
    • Manage and plan events for program teams' engagement.
    • Ensure exceptional coordination and support for customer meetings/visitors.
    • Create and maintain appropriate databases.
    • Perform research or data analysis tasks.
    • Process overtime requests for program team members.
    • Support general office duties, including ordering and stocking of office supplies, drinks, food, and snacks in support of site operations/meetings/routine business.
    • Perform other tasks and assignments as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
    • Active TS/SCI with poly
    Preferred Additional Skills:
    • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    • Excellent communication, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
    • Well-organized, resourceful, multi-tasker, attention to detail, ability to anticipate assistance needs and take initiative.
    • Flexibility in the face of changing priorities and the ability to interact positively with executives, managers, customers, and other administrators.
    • Effectively handle multiple simultaneous projects.
    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
    • Maintain confidentiality.
