Allied Universal - Mc Lean Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established communication channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential issues and support security-related protocols; Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or sensitive areas in accordance with post instructions, helping to deter unauthorized entry and support orderly site operations; Assist with assigned security-related duties such as checking credentials, observing equipment and facility conditions, and communicating with site contacts regarding routine and/or urgent matters
