Find Your Calling At Mercy!
Provide fire, safety, and security protection for Mercys coworkers, patients, and visitors. Promotes and practices fire and safety prevention. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
Position Details:
Minimum required qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma
- 18 years of age or older
Licensure:
- Valid state drivers license
- Valid local, state or federal public safety/security licensure as required (within 30 days of hire)
Experience:
- Passing score on functional job screening
- Complete basic 16hr public safety/security course within 90 days of hire (may be done as part of licensure)
Other skills and knowledge:
- Ability to read and write the English language
Preferred qualifications:
- College degree
- Valid local, state or federal public safety/security licensure as required
- Previous security, military or law enforcement experience
