Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Loss Prevention Agent in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA, primarily operating remote.

Responsibilities for the Loss Prevention Agent include but are not limited to:- Identifying and investigating external theft, including organized retail crime activity
- Conducting surveillance and utilizing CCTV systems to detect suspicious behavior and support case development
- Apprehension of subjects in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
- Collaborating with store leadership and law enforcement to resolve incidents and build prosecutable cases
- Writing clear, detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate case documentation
- Supporting shrink reduction strategies through observations, audits, and proactive engagement on the sales floor
- Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience (LP Retail)
- External theft and investigative skills
- CCTV surveillance skills
- Apprehension policy knowledge
- Strong report writing & documentation
- Law enforcement & store partnership experience
- Basic computer and system navigation skills
- Detail-oriented and compliant; able to work independently in a remote environment
- Dedication, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond
- Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented
- Maintains confidentiality concerning all information and projects
- Starting Pay at $ 34.80/hr based on experience
- Weekly Pay - you receive a paycheck every week

Pay Details: $34.80 per hour
