As a Silver Award recipient in the AMA's Joy in Medicine program, the organization is recognized for its dedication to improving physician satisfaction and reducing burnout. You'll be part of a skilled team of seven physicians (four General GI, two Therapeutic GIs, one Hepatologist, and one Motility Specialist), and six advanced practice providers. General GI Position Overview:
* Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions)
* Call is 1:8 when fully staffed
* 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits
* 14-16 procedures per day
* Opportunities for outreach in 2 surrounding areas
Benefits Package:
* Time off: up to 11 weeks
* Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
* Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years
