Full-time Family Medicine Locum Tenens Opportunity Near ROCKVILLE, MN Position: Locum Tenens - Family Medicine with Pediatric Call BID DUE DATE: FIRST TO FILL Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm Clinic, full-time coverage Duration: Jan 2024, ongoing throughout 2024. Call: 1:5 weeks: Admits and rounding during the on-call week. On-call week starts Monday (7 am) and ends the following Monday (7 am). Clinic Setup: Attached to the hospital; on-call during the week while working the clinic shift. Setting: Outpatient Duties: Bread and butter Family Practice, Pediatric Hospitalist call required. Call Responsibilities: Coverage in the nursery, admitting Pediatric ER patients, and rounding on patients. Patient Load: 12-16 patients per day. Patient Demographics: 60% Adults, 40% Pediatrics. Staff: 4-5 APPs employed by the clinic; their workdays vary. Qualifications: Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED or Truly Board Eligible (0-3 years of residency completion). License: Active MN license - REQUIRED. Certifications: Active NRP, PALS - REQUIRED. Background: Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED. Availability: Must state availability at the time of name clearance - REQUIRED. Work History: Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity Facility - REQUIRED. COVID Vaccination: REQUIRED.
