    Join Our Dynamic Radiology Team as a Radiology Unit (X-Ray and CT) Technologist Are you a skilled Radiology Technologist looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our hospital's Radiology Department, covering inpatient, emergency, and outpatient imaging studies. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team and grow your career. What You Will Do: Perform high-quality X-ray and CT scans in accordance with established protocols. Respond promptly to on-call requests with a 20-minute response time. Collaborate with a team of 3-4 techs, providing coverage across modalities including Mammography, X-ray, CT, and MRI. Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to dress code and jewelry policies. Ensure accurate documentation within Cerner EMR system highlighting our commitment to precision and quality. Required Skills: Valid Texas Radiologic Technologist license. Current ARRT certification. Strong knowledge of X-ray and CT procedures. Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Flexibility to work Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with on-call responsibilities. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Mammography and MRI. Prior work in a hospital or outpatient imaging environment. Additional certifications or training in advanced radiologic techniques. Preferred Education and Experience: An Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Radiologic Technology. Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a clinical setting. Other Requirements: Ability to respond to emergency situations swiftly. Conformity to hospital dress code: solid color scrubs. Willingness to comply with vaccine policies and other hospital protocols. Salary Range: $32-$37/hour based on experience. Relocation allowance up to $1,500 with receipts. Sign-on bonus of $10,000. Paid sick leave, comprehensive medical benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements where applicable. 8-hour shift schedule with a rotation of on-call shifts, including every other weekend.
