Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and report security-related issues, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to site contacts.; Support staff, visitors, and patients with directions and general assistance while maintaining awareness of site activity and following Allied Universal standards and post instructions.
