    Designs, implements, and integrates Zero Trust identity security capabilities across enterprise and public identity environments to ensure authenticated, authorized, and risk-appropriate access to USCIS systems, applications, and data. Engineers identity assurance, credential, and access management controls that enforce continuous verification and adaptive authorization based on user, device, and contextual risk. Aligns identity services and policies with Zero Trust architecture to ensure consistent enforcement across applications, networks, and data resources. Implements and integrates identity lifecycle and access governance capabilities, including authentication assurance, privileged and session-based access controls, and identity store federation across hybrid and cloud environments. Engineers identity telemetry and behavior visibility to support real-time risk evaluation and adaptive access decisions, enabling continuous trust assessment of users and services. Supports automation of identity provisioning, access enforcement, and policy application to ensure timely, least-privilege authorization aligned to mission need and risk posture. Ensures identity security controls and configurations integrate with cross-pillar Zero Trust enforcement points and support enterprise cybersecurity and risk management objectives. Monitors and refines identity protection measures to maintain effective access control, identity trustworthiness, and alignment with USCIS Zero Trust maturity goals.
