Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with site procedures, offering directions and assistance to visitors and staff as needed; Support a professional environment by observing for unusual behavior, potential hazards, and/or policy violations, then communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
