Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and sharing information with site contacts when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points and verify entry permissions in accordance with site procedures, helping to support authorized access and/or visitor processing; Report hazards, maintenance issues, and/or unusual conditions, and follow post orders and communication protocols while working in varied environments and conditions
