Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location; Monitor the front desk area, greet visitors, verify access permissions, and document arrivals, departures, and/or service requests in accordance with site guidelines; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Answer phones, assist with directions, and support general front desk operations while helping to address security-related concerns brought forward by employees, visitors, and/or vendors; Maintain awareness of activity near entry points and common areas to help deter unauthorized access and support an orderly environment
