Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or disorderly conduct through visible presence and professional interaction.; Support closing and opening procedures, assist with crowd and line management during busy periods, and communicate clearly with management and/or emergency services when needed.
