Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points.; Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, helping to deter loss, trespassing, and other unwanted behavior through visible presence and timely reporting.; Support access control and property protection efforts by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, assisting with directional information, and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
