- Control access and egress to the property, observe and report incidents.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the employees and guests.
- Deter criminal activity and misconduct.
- Compose written and verbal reports of observed security and safety concerns.
- Perform duties as specified in client post orders and within company protocols.
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of property (interior and exterior).
- Conducting security checks and random searches
- 2 years security, military or law enforcement experience
- Good driving record and ability to work independently.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable using a smartphone to complete work assignments
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
- Detail oriented and good communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equal
- Valid Driver's License
- 21 years of age
- 2 years military, law enforcement, corrections, or security experience
- Able to pass an extensive background
- Principled - treats others how they would like to be treated, even when no one is looking
- Inspires Confidence - maintains a professional composure and inspires peace of mind by performing high quality work
