Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and communication with local law enforcement when appropriate; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential theft activity, and document observations according to site expectations; Support access control and security-related reporting by checking credentials when required, maintaining visible presence throughout the location, and completing detailed incident reports before the end of each shift
