Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues; Maintain an armed presence in accordance with post orders, Allied Universal guidelines, and applicable laws and/or licensing requirements while interacting professionally with the public; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access and loss prevention-related concerns, and support store personnel during emergencies, alarms, and/or customer incidents
