Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit activity for vehicles, trailers, and/or visitors, verify authorization when required, and report discrepancies, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues.; Support daily location operations by providing visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with traffic flow, access control, and incident reporting procedures.
