Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or maintenance concerns.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related matters and/or operational issues.; Support emergency and weather-related responses by following post orders, assisting with controlled access, and documenting incidents in a clear and timely manner.
