Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through appropriate channels when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns; Monitor access points, observe foot traffic, and document incidents, disturbances, and/or suspicious activity according to site expectations; Support retail operations by assisting with closing procedures, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and communicating clearly with store leadership and/or emergency personnel as appropriate
