Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a government services location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces, with working conditions that may vary by assignment; Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or other concerning behavior; Support staff, visitors, and/or occupants by providing directions, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and following post orders related to daily operations and emergency situations
