Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a highly regulated location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and support compliance with location rules, badge procedures, and property control practices.; Support assigned operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and public agency personnel as needed.
