Senior Program Security Representative, CSSO

Description: Current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.

The Program Security Representative will provide multi-disciplined security support for various programs at the Sunnyvale, California Campus with an emphasis on Contractor SpecialSecurity Officer (CSSO) for DoD SCI programs and SCI facilities.

Responsibilities include:

- Interpret and implement the 32 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 117 , DoD 5205.7 and ICD manuals and directives.

- Keep up to date on all changes to security policy and directivesissued by cognizant Government Security organizations.

- Prepare security plans, procedures and briefings for all areas of the security department.

- Partner with internal and external customers and teammates.

- Security operations such as physical security, visitor control, document control, classification management, personnel security, security investigations, developing and delivering security briefings, self-inspections, risk identification/mitigation and other tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications:

- Final Top Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years and the ability to obtain SCI access

- Demonstrated knowledge of the 32 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 117

- Knowledge of industrial security, SCI programs and facilities (ICD 705)

Desired Skills:

- Previous Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) Experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
