Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited activity in accordance with post orders and location protocols.; Prepare reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or observed conditions, and support requests for assistance from employees, visitors, and/or the public in a professional manner.
