Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.; Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, screen individuals and approved items, and report suspicious, restricted, and/or unauthorized activity.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through site protocols and Allied Universal procedures.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual conditions, access control issues, and other security-related concerns.; Complete required logs, screening records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors, dispatch, and/or site contacts.
