Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations.; Monitor access points and community activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior.; Communicate with property management, residents, and/or local first responders when needed regarding incidents, access concerns, and other security-related matters.
