Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location; Monitor access control points for pedestrian and/or vehicle entry, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to docks, gates, yards, and other restricted areas; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Support the flow of inbound and outbound traffic by checking visitors in and out, maintaining accurate logs, and assisting with access-related questions for trailers, freight movement, and facility operations; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to entry points, parking areas, loading zones, and other locations based on site conditions
