Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, common areas, and assigned locations for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or service disruptions, and communicate with local contacts and first responders when needed; Assist with crowd management, visitor direction, and general public support during routine operations, special events, and/or service interruptions while maintaining a professional presence
