Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and public-facing spaces, verifying credentials and/or permissions while following post orders and applicable use of force guidelines; Assist with de-escalation, provide directions and information, and coordinate with supervisors, first responders, and/or local authorities during security-related events or emergencies
