Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or store leadership when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and/or restricted spaces to help support loss prevention efforts, access control, and overall site operations.; Prepare clear reports on incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and communicate relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and authorized site personnel.
