Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening practices, and other security-related policies at a government location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access permissions, and document visitor, vendor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site procedures; Prepare clear reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts, emergency services, and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate
