Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.; Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems, and dispatch appropriate personnel in response to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.; Document routine activity, incidents, and communications in dispatch logs and reports, and relay accurate information to site personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed.; Coordinate access-related questions, badge issues, visitor inquiries, and/or after-hours calls in accordance with post orders and site protocols.; Support regular and random patrol operations by maintaining communication with assigned personnel, tracking status updates, and helping to deter unauthorized activity around the business and perimeter.
