Security Officer Reception Concierge

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and security-related protocols at the front desk of a financial institution location.; Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and visitor credentials, and assist with sign-in processes in support of security-related standards and location policies.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.; Answer questions, provide directions, and support front desk operations while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive observation.; Complete logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to daily activity, visitor management, and security-related events at the location.
