Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and guests by following site-specific procedures, monitoring assigned areas, and supporting security-related operations throughout the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site leadership and/or public agency contacts as appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site protocols, escalating unusual behavior and/or suspicious circumstances through proper channels.; Support emergency response activities by communicating clearly with occupants, directing foot traffic when needed, and assisting with security-related procedures during events, public gatherings, and/or facility operations.
