Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions requiring security-related attention; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations to appropriate personnel; Complete assigned reports, logs, and/or incident documentation while supporting daily operations and following Allied Universal post instructions
