Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with location protocols, helping to support orderly operations and a professional environment.; Assist with de-escalation, directional support, and security-related incident response involving patients, visitors, and staff while following post orders and applicable procedures.
