Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including sales floor areas, receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, with attention to unusual activity and policy violations; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, support access control practices, and report suspicious behavior and/or potential hazards; Carry assigned post equipment, including authorized defensive tools, in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site policies, and complete required reports, logs, and shift communications accurately and on time
