Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an educational location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns through appropriate channels.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry, while reporting suspicious behavior, unsecured areas, and/or maintenance concerns that could affect daily operations.; Support campus-related activities and after-hours operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and coordinating with local law enforcement and/or first responders when needed.
